1.    Terms
By accessing the website at http://www.jennymcgeehan.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2.    Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all cases on the website http://www.jennymcgeehan.com including and without limitation photographs and graphical images are owned by Jenny McGeehan. 
You must not:
i.    modify or copy any images and or materials;
ii.    use the images and or materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
iii.    attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Jenny McGeehan's website;
iv.    remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
v.    transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Jenny McGeehan at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these images and or materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3.    Sales Information for Jenny McGeehan
As soon as your order has been accepted by Jenny McGeehan your order becomes legally binding subject to your rights of cancellation. It is Your responsibility to check all aspects of your order and that it meets your requirements including dimensions, delivery, postage, product features (original, print, on canvas, on paper, framed, unframed) 
The price of the artwork/products and delivery are liable to change at any time.

4.    Accuracy of materials, colour, photographs of artwork and products on website
When uploading images to the website we aim to reproduce an accurate colour representation of the original artwork however please be aware that colour interpretation on this site could differ slightly with the equipment you are using for viewing. 
Any prints available are reproduced to make sure that they are closely matched to the original artwork.
Jenny McGeehan may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Jenny McGeehan does not make any commitment to update the materials.

5.    Delivery Information
All original paintings are bubble wrapped and packaged in cardboard. All prints are packaged in cardboard tubes unless otherwise requested, where there would be an increase of £6 to cover the additional cost.
UK orders: postage and packaging are free, unless you have requested a print be sent flat, see above. Orders are sent using different carriers, DHL, Parcelforce, Hermes whichever is the most appropriate for your order aiming for 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order. I have the right to use other carriers if they are available and more suitable.

International orders: please email me for a quote for delivery before purchasing your painting at jennymcgeehan@live.co.uk  

We aim from receipt and acceptance of delivery quote 10 to 15 working days to deliveries in Europe and 15 to 20 days for the rest of the world. Deliveries during Covid19 pandemic may be delayed. All delivery times are an estimate but if you have not received your artwork within 20 working days if ordering from outside the UK  and 10 days from within the UK please do contact me. 

If you live within travelling distance to Nottingham UK You are welcome to come and pick up your artwork.

Please note all paintings will be professionally varnished before sending. Some paintings within the store have not yet been varnished to aid photography. If a painting is not yet varnished we will advise as this will increase delivery times to allow the varnish to harden.

6.    Returns
When you receive your artwork, we advise you to check it very carefully and report any problems immediately back to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be held liable for any defects identified later.
Simply return the product within 7 days, in the original packaging. Please send the artwork back using Parcelforce to: Jenny McGeehan, 159 Sutton Passeys Crescent, Wollaton, Nottingham, NG8 1EA, England, United Kingdom. When we acknowledge safe receipt of goods we will send you a full refund. Please note the purchaser is liable for the cost of returning the artwork. All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This does not affect your statutory rights
If you live within travelling distance to Nottingham UK You are welcome to return the artwork in person.

7.    Liability
We are not liable for conditions of use or storage within Your home or business after delivery which may affect the artwork. It is recommended that both prints and original artworks should not be hung near a heat source and that they should not be hung on a sun-drenched wall. Professional paints are used in all artwork and all originals are varnished to protect from UV light. This is a precautionary note as even varnished artworks will fade over time. Please keep all prints away from sunlight.
All artwork becomes the buyer’s responsibility from the time of delivery.

8.    Cancellation Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase but should you want to cancel you have a statutory right to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. You can cancel within 7 days of receipt of the artwork. You will receive the refund when You have returned the artwork to us and the item has been checked. Your refund will be returned by the same payment method used to purchase. While the retuning goods are in your possession you have a legal obligation to take good care of the artwork/products.

9.    Security and payment
You can make payment via PayPal or by using a variety of credit card payment methods.

How does PayPal store my data and keep my data secure?

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information. They store your personal data in secure databases. In addition, they automatically encrypt your confidential information when it’s stored and transmitted. Your data can’t be intercepted when it’s sent from your computer to ours. Plus, when you use PayPal to make a secure purchase, they don’t share your payment details with the seller (Jenny McGeehan)

Regarding your most sensitive data (bank account numbers, credit card numbers), PayPal designed their system so even their employees only see the information necessary to help you. For example, they can only see the last 4 digits of your financial account numbers.

To protect the security of PayPals customers’ data, they don’t disclose the location of their databases or details related to their security systems, algorithms, or encryption systems.

Any credit card information you give to us is handled on our behalf by Wix, using their secure servers. Wix charge us a percentage of all sales for this security. We do not have access to your credit card details, the whole transaction is handled by PayPal or Wix and only your address is passed on to us by them.

Wix has full SSL secure payment support. Therefore, your customer information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. In addition, Wix only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of protection. This means they all have PCI DSS Level 1 protection.

Jenny McGeehan has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Jenny McGeehan of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

11.    Modifications
Jenny McGeehan may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
